Position Available:     General Manager, Lancaster Barnstormers (Lancaster, Pennsylvania)

Position Reports To:  Chief Operating officer

Responsibilities:
GM is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of Food, Beverage, and Merchandise Services at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

• P&L responsibility for operations
• Provide oversight and direction to on-site management team
• Maintain and execute quality control in all areas of the operation
• Oversee scheduling
• Generate and review financial reports
• Budgeting and Forecasting      
• Menu planning and development
• Oversee and administer customer service programs
• Maintain client relationship with team ownership
• Ensure contract compliance
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Monitor alcohol compliance
• Implement employee training and development programs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years management experience in food service management or related concessions hospitality industry.
• BA or BS with business related major
